Yes. Monthly bookkeeping is one of our core services. Ongoing support helps ensure your financial records remain accurate, organized, and ready for tax preparation.
Depending on your service level, reports may include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, expense summaries, and other financial insights to help you understand your business performance.
For monthly bookkeeping clients, your books are reviewed and updated on a weekly basis. A full month-end close is completed by the 15th of each month, so you always have up-to-date and reliable financials.
Cleanup projects follow a customized timeline depending on the scope of work.
Yes. You always maintain full access and ownership of your financial records. We help organize and maintain them, but they remain yours.
Pricing depends on the complexity of your books, how far behind your records are, and the level of ongoing support needed. After an initial review, we provide a clear recommendation and pricing structure tailored to your business.
My pricing is based on the time it takes to complete your books and your QuickBooks subscription (if applicable). If your business grows or your transaction volume increases, your rate may be adjusted. Changes to your QuickBooks subscription pricing can also impact your rate.
If a rate change is needed, you’ll always receive written notice (via email) ahead of time. Nothing will change without your approval.
Communication is kept simple and organized through email and your secure client portal. You’ll be able to upload documents, see what’s needed, and stay on top of everything in one place.
Martin Haus Bookkeeping helps small business owners gain clarity and confidence in their financial records through reliable bookkeeping and back-office organization support. Based in Goldthwaite, Texas and serving clients nationwide through fully remote services.
